Arrived with a family group of 10 adults/kids at 10:30pm (they close at 11:00pm) ... they were quick to seat us and very happy to serve us, even so close to closing. Ordered 4 lg pizzas - the 'supreme' one (a different name on menu), chicken blue, white pizza with pep and tom, and saus/pep/mush - plus got a medium cheese for only $5.00 Table has 3 beers plus sodas - all served quickly with the garlic knots as an opener. AMAZING FOOD AND PEOPLE - a perfect family outing! All the staff were welcoming, polite, funny. Next time I am visiting family I will definitely go back.

I had a relative stay at the local hospital so this was one of the few places open that late at night. This restaurant has horrible customer service. I do not know if it is because I am not used to the area of if it was a busy night. It took forever to get seated even though the waitress saw me. She seemed bothered by all the questions we asked. The food is okay. Not amazing but the portions are HUGE. I would skip the bruschetta. It just seemed like tomatoes thrown on top if bread.

With just my father and I, the receptionist at our hotel recommended it. Upon arrival, seated fast, menu had a lot of options. Our waitress was very nice but did not have a name tag so can't recommend her. Pizza was huge and the garlic bread with cheese was more then desirable. Overall, nice atmosphere and good eats.

We go to Norwich once a year for the Chenango Blues Fest. The pizza place we used to go to closed so we hit up Nina's on Friday night. Our waitress Ashlie was fantastic, she made dinner a lot of fun. I ordered the eggplant Parm which was truly amazing. The sauce was just the way I like it, not sweet, hate the sweet sauce. Portion was enough for two. My friend got lobster ravioli that I didn't taste but he said it was fantastic. My husband got a fish sandwich and he said the fries were awesome but he wasn't crazy about the sandwich. I can't wait to go back. Oh and it wasn't expensive at all! A bonus.

Second best pizza in town, but best for a slightly more formal dinner. Their pasta and garlic knots are where it's at. I've never had many complaints. Tend to run into a lot of people I know here.

I can no longer eat here as the service has become intolerable. The food is definitely not as good as it was under the previous owners guidance. The pizza crust is thick and doughy, the sauce is way too salty. Have your money ready when the bill comes because you won't see the wait staff again for some time. Now the wings. Where do they find such small chicken wings? Could they train the staff to not cook them to the point that what little meat is on them doesn't dry out? Especially since they hardly put any sauce on them anyway. I don't understand why either as their other restaurant to the south has spectacular wings?!

About two years ago I wrote a bad review of their spaghetti and meatballs, because it had waaay too much garlic. It took me two years to chance it again, but this time it was fantastic!!!! Great spaghetti and meatballs!!! I have had it several times since retrying it, and it is always the same - great. Their grilled ham and cheese sandwich is also fantastic. Their side salad that you can get rather than fries with this sandwich is the best side salad I have ever eaten anywhere. Their meatball sandwiches are also fantastic. AND THEIR PIZZA IS THE BEST AROUND BAR NONE.

Both the pizza and entree selections are delicious, the pizza has a slightly doughy crust and a sweeter sauce - fairly typical of upstate NY pizza. Always busy at dinner time - that's a pretty good sign.. Good service(most of the time!) and generous pasta portions. One thing not so good is the garlic knots, they aren't very garlicy - basically dinner rolls with parmesan cheese on top

This is a decent place to eat in Norwich, however if this wasn't Norwich I'd only give it 3 stars. All around they have some really good menu choices and all the dishes seem to be much better with the lately. The sauce has been changed and it's no longer too sweet and the pizza has been improved a lot too.

Went for first time tonight, rolls and salad were great, wife enjoyed her baked ziti. My veal parm not so good. Thin and seemed microwaved, so hot I could not eat it for a good 5 minutes, waitress asked how it was. I said "it's so hot I can't eat it"...reply (while still walking away)" well would you rather have it cold?" Strange.

I love this place. I think that Norwich might fall off the map if Nina's ever went away. Great Italian and Pizza.

Large portions for a great price. Super solid food (not hardness, but quality). I heard that the service is usually bad, but our waiter (who could be obnoxiously nice) was good. We did get the shaft when we called to tell them we would be late for our reservation and their response was to cancel our reservation.

I visit Norwich quite often and as mentioned by a previous Yelper, it is better than most places to in Norwich. My favorite is the stuffed chicken alfredo with tortellini which also comes with a salad and bread. Not only is it priced very well, the portion was large and it was absolutely delicious! Eat in or take out, either is a fine experience.
